1. Services Covered
This policy applies to resume services, career consultations, LinkedIn optimization, interview coaching, and all other talent or business-related services rendered directly by Three Cords, LLC.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the personalized and consultative nature of our work, all service sales are considered final once delivery has commenced. Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
- A refund request is submitted in writing within 48 hours of initial purchase and prior to the start of any work.
- There has been a clear failure to deliver the agreed-upon service, and reasonable attempts to resolve the issue have been unsuccessful.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The client has approved or received draft or final deliverables.
- The client fails to provide necessary input or documents after purchase, causing project delays.
- The client changes their mind, no longer needs the service, or seeks cancellation for reasons unrelated to service quality.
